Can the MPAA and ISPs legally do that? Using Bit Torrent is not against the law, only sharing copyrighted files is illegal.

Regular cable ISP.

And I dont Torrent. It was Direct Connect.
I got about 10 people giving me the same file at the same time.
I think I peaked at about 850KB, with a sustained of 700KB.

Good thing too. It was the Demo for Act Of War. That sucker is 1.3GB.
