A little over 100 mph. I know it's not much at all. My colleague pushed his car over 150mph and I was scared to hell, he had some Mercedes can't remember the model. It was in Germany on a no-limit highway. Damn, I saw people driving faster than that.

Nothing. Mellman beat you by 3MPH in a Nascar. ;)

135-140 in my Trans Am. I don't really trust the speedo that far up, so I don't know for sure ;)

stupid ******...top speeds are gay, twisties are where the sex is.

True, i drove some twin engined go karts in a little grand prix tourny today for an old works do, thats as much fun as i have on the twisties. After that i blatted my mates car down the dual carriageway, lol.

Anyway i dont trust my driving skills to race around roads, anything other than straight lines . I was a bit silly before and lost control, something I will never do again.

Never puished my own car above 105 to be honest. I crossed 100 on I-5 coming back from LA, but kept it between 90 -100 mostly.

The only other person who's pushed my car above 100 was my friend who was driving me home one night when I got drunk. He wanted to race my other friend, so I was like ehh go ahead as I was half passed out in the passenger seat.

That's right, I don't speed, but I'll go 80 on the highway anyday. I just don't speed insanely =P

About four years ago - 135mph. Kind of scary when everything around you becomes a tunnel.

For actually driving in a car...maybe a 110. For riding in a car though...somewhere around 150. It was my friends 3000GT VR4 Twin Turbo. Best Ride Ever.

i hit about 165MPH or 260kph on the 210 FWY in socal

i had at that time 98 240SX with a SR20DET swap pushing close to 300whp. I replaced the stock ECU with a Power FC.Simply switching out the factory ECU and plugging in the Power FC transforms the factory ECU into a fine-tuning instrument capable of growing with the tuning menu. The Power FC comes complete with base programs for exhaust, air filter, downpipe and upgraded boost .All base programs are currently calibrated for 92 octane fuel. Tuning parameters include: ignition timing map, air flow meter signal adjustment, injector pulse timing adjustment, boost control, acceleration enrichment compensation, fuel/ignition test, ignition cranking fuel adjustment, water temperature correction, rev-limiter control. All parameters of the vehicle including water temp, oil temp, oil pressure can be monitored from the display.

Here she is...

125 in a 1990 Mits Eclipse on a desert stretch from Vegas heading to CA. Felt like flying - steering wheel was "floating" like.

115-120mph (barely glanced at speedo, haha), 1985 Mercedes 300SD turbodiesel.

Normally that car won't go 120mph. But I got into the 110s on flat road, and then hit a downward incline for the win :D

edit: keep in mind that this car weighs >2tons and had ~120hp (or less)
