What's the fastest storage interface in a mobile phone/tablet

I see emmc and UFS around.
What is the fastest interface to storage? Not SDcard or ram.

UFS is the most common one listed... as a rule, Apple and Samsung seem to have the fastest internal storage on the market.

Could of swore apple actually uses an ssd and not ufs/emmc.

There are UFS cards now. Not sure how much faster they will end up being compared to MicroSD, but some are already 5X as fast.
