What's the fastest p3 that can go in a bx6/bx6r2?

I have both bx6 and bx6r2 motherboards in my computers. Each need upgrading now. I want to put in a p3 (no overclocking) in each, using my existing pc100 ram. What's the highest speed I will be able to put in? Thanks.

BX6r2 can go up to 700 MHz (100 MHz FSB). I think BX6 might be able to do the same.

The new bios for the BX6R2 will let you go to a P3 700. I've got mine up to 124 FSB(868) with my PC100 ram. Big difference from my 300a at 464.
