As in, which one boots up, autofocuses, and shoots in the least amount of time?
Ideally the shutter button can also work as the Power On.

Low light performance would be helpful. Image quality is not the number one issue.
 
I kinda suspected it might be the LX5.
DP Review gave it excellent scores all around. But one thing their database doesnt score is "time to first shot". I have seen a couple websites which used to benchmark that, but they dont have a long list of reviews like some of the more popular sites.
