What's the fastest free VPN?

Hi. Does anyone know know any good and fast free VPN programs? The ones I have right now are VERY slow and I can hardly load google lol. I'm living in the UK right now if that helps. I really appreciate it the help !

I feel the same way. So unless you rather have somebody selling your data to pay the server bills over your ISP and websites knowing your activity, better to just fork over the 20 or 40 bucks.
