What's the fastest, easiest, cheapest way to move my data to a new HDD in Vista?

I'm getting rid of my Raid 0 Raptor array (in fact they're in the FS section), and want to move my data to my 500Gb. I already have quiet a bit of stuff on it, so I guess I should partition it in half right? A separate partition for OS and games is pretty much what it is now.

Now, since there are program file folders in each drive, would they integrate, or would I have a whole bunch of stuff everywhere?

Thanks in advance.

are you saying there's already stuff on the 500 gig? I know of no way to clone a drive to an existing partition, if you want to simply pull the files off it and don't have like XP or something installed it, xcopy32 would work, it would ask you about over writing files so you wouldn't have to worry about that. It would be easiest to partition the 500 gig and clone the raptor to it then manually delete/move files and folders as you see fit. I'm doing this myself right now and it's a bit time consuming but in the end everything will be nice and organized.
