What's the fastest CPU for my ECS K7S5A?

I'm thinking of upgrading my 1400 Athlon chip and wanted to know how high the mb will go nowadays.

All I've found is that it supports XP's. Wondered what's the mhz limit.

Amen to that! That would be an extremely important item to confirm before you spend some big bucks on a new chip.

All v3.x revisions are fully XP compatible, v1.x ones with an "XP" sticker on are too. That rules out only veeery early ones, v1.0 if I remember correctly.

Bzzzt!...not true, my "veeery" early v1.0 board worked(and still does) perfectly with an Athlon XP1800+.
