What's the fastest certified CD-RW media you've seen?

So far, I can only nab 4x stuff. Since Plextor has a 12-10-32 CD-RW that's 10X CD-RW, where do I find 10X RW media?

Bill

I got that Plextor drive you mentioned and it came with a 10x CD-RW, so those discs must exist, just search harder. 🙂

Yup, neat drive. After searching on Plextor's site, I noticed that Mitsubishi Chemical is the only OEM of 10X RW media so far. Now, I need to figure out where to find some...

Verbatim (owned by mitsubishi chemicals) is the one who is making the 10x media. Here's an article on their website:

<< Volume shipments of the new media are scheduled to coincide with the release of 10X drives in July. The new DataLifePlus 10X CD-RW media will have a suggested retail price of $3.99 per >>

This article was released June 14.

edit: I don't know my months yet.
