the only way you can get pregnant frdom a public restroom is if there was semen in the toilet, which is highly unlikely because women and men have different bathrooms. Also even if there was semen there, you would think that you should flush the toilet first before you do your business, and lastly always use the toilet guard... they're there to be used.
