Whats the ETA of Gigabyte Phoenix B250N?

I was looking for mini ITX two models:
MSI B250I GAMING PRO AC

and

GIGABYTE GA-B250N-Phoenix WIFI.

However, I was interested in Gigabyte because it has usb 3.1 gen 2 also. But I can find them on amazon.com.
Any info as to when it will be available?
I dont see any reason why a product as simple as motherboard would be listed on the gigabyte website, and not yet available on amazon, or any other US site.

I shall need to import it to India, hence additional 10-15 days need to be planned. Hence this post.

I'd guess that shipping fees and shipping time from an Australia vendor to India would be less than via a U.S. Amazon vendor.
Note: not all motherboards are available on a world-wide basis, for whatever marketing reasons.

Apologies for the late reply. I actually went ahead with msi, since there was a ridiculous price difference of 50$ between the two mobos on Amazon.
