Whats the (ES) mean in CPU-Z? (With pic)

I'm geting ready to sell a mobo and cpu and I was takeing some pic of CPU-Z and its says thats my CPU is a 1400Mhz (ES)? whats then (ES) mean?

try changing the multiplier in the bios...

Engineering Sample. It's multiplier unlocked so you can overclock it however you want.

thats what I was thinking but i wanted to be sure....
I can't overclock it...its on a intel mobo...

So i can add thats is a Engineering Sample when i sell it
