What's the equivalency between clocks of different bus speeds?

Confusing title, simple question. Everyone says 800mhz(6x133) is faster than 800mhz(8x100). Was wondering, how large the difference is. Is a 900 @ 100bus = 800 @ 133?

Any insights?

I'd say pretty much the same, depending on the program. Quake3 would probably be faster on the 800 but you would crack rc5 faster on the 900.
