Whats the easiest way to move all files from a few thousands sub folders, into a root folder?

I have a bunch of files separated into thousands of sub folders. I want to move all the actual files out of those and put them into the main folder. Whats the easiest way for me to do this?
 
If the files have unique names and you're using Windows, then use Search on all the subfolders for *, and it'll bring up the files into a single list, which you can manipulae.
