What's the easiest way to cut a video file into several different clips?

Uh, if you have windows, you probably could use the video editor that comes with it. It's terribly basic, but I think it works fine if you just want to divide your clip. I think it's called movie maker?

Otherwise, any sort of digital video editing software can do this pretty easily.
