What's the easiest free way of backing up Outlook 98 to transfer to a new computer?

Microsoft's step-by-step tutorial is like 500 miles long. Is there a free automated program for copying all the emails and settings and stuff from Outlook 98 to a new computer? It's hardware update time at work! :)

A simple export to a .PST file should capture all items (mail, contacts, calendar, etc) in any Personal Folders. Be certain to check the "Include Subfolders" option.

As far as individual mail account settings are concerned, it is often such an easy task to recreate these that it defeats the purpose to have some sort of backup process. That said, I believe Outlook 98 did offer an option to backup individual mail account settings to an .IAF file.

I know giyf; I already found that link. You didn't read the title completely - I said easiest "free" way of backing up Outlook 98 :D The one in your link costs $40. I just have a few older computers to do at the office, then I'll never use it again. Oh the joy of being de facto IT guy ;)
