something's wrong with the pricing of that corsiar, otherwise neither would give much differences at all. it's better to get a 3200 even though your mobo takes only 2700, itll just underclock.
 
The Wintec uses 128Mx4 DRAM components with limited compatibility. If you have an ASUS or MSI board, x4 DRAM is usually not supported in the BIOS even when it is supported by the chipset.

The Corsair uses industry standard 64Mx8 DRAM components and should be compatible with everything.
