What's the diffrence between these two cd recievers?!

I can't figure out the diffrences between these two Kenwood CD players... I'm trying to decide which one to get but one is more expensive and I can't figure out why. One is an Excelon model but I don't know if that's why its retailed at $100 more...

Reguarding the question, one has crossfading built into it... looks like that might be the added expense.
