If you plan on doing some further OCing and volt modding, especially the memory, go with the KO version as the cooler covers & cools the memory.

Buy the cheaper one, remove the cooler, and get an aftermarket cooler FTW. The Accelero X1 or Zalman VF700Cu will blow the socks off of the KO edition cooler for the extra $20.

I don't think the X1 fits the GT.

Edit: Arctic Cooling are idiots... They could have made a killing this past year had they continued with their Silencer cooler series (with DHS), specifically for the X1900's and the 7900GT. There hasn't been a really good aftermarket cooler for either one, and they both could benefit greatly from a quiet, effective, cooler that exhausts heat from the case. Even ATI with the new X1950XTX finally figured that one out.

QFT! I wish I had the capital to make a cooler with direct heat exhaust for the 7900GT. Arctic Cooling could've made a fortune with minor adjustments to their already existing products they made for the 7800 series nVidia cards.
