What's The Difference

I was looking at the eVGA 680i motherboard at newegg, and I saw that there were 2 different ones:

I compared them, but I don't get what the difference is. Do you guys know?

Check the newegg reviews, they might mention it. If I remember I thought it had to do with warranty and/or box contents. Not 100% sure though.
