Whats the difference?

What's the difference between Intel® Core? 2 Duo T7600 (2.33GHz, 4MB L2 Cache, 667 MHz FSB) and AMD Turion? 64 Mobile ML44 2.4GHz 800MHz FSB 1MB L2 Cache ?

One's faster the other likely cheaper.

One's an AMD the other's an Intel. I'd go with the Intel if they're the same price, especially since that Turion is a single core processor. Even if it were dual I'd still go with the Intel. IF it's a fairly substantial price difference and you don't really need a high performance laptop go with the Turion, it will be more than enough for daily tasks.
