What's the difference?

Seagate 200GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive, Model ST3200822AS, OEM Drive Only
Seagate 7200.8 200GB 7200RPM SATA NCQ Hard Drive, Model ST3200826AS, OEM

Specs are nearly identical except for 0.5 ms difference in seek time. I searched for the product numbers at Seagate's site. The first one shows up as the SATA Barracuda 7200.7 200GB. The second one is not found. What are they? Does anyone know?

Looks like the 2nd one is a 7200.8 and the first one is a 7200.7

the .8 is the newer generation with NCQ.

Might need more people to chime in and see, but that's what I gather.

either way I'd go for the 7200.8 drive
