what's the difference bewteen lanparty and ut?

I have looked at the specs as well and haven't seen any real difference except reflective colors on the motherboard etc.

so the mother board is exatly the same? i wouldn't be missnig any features or anything like that?

The motherboards are the exact same, the stuff that comes in the box is different tho.
