I did a search on the Anandtech RTPE, and found two evga 6600GT 128mb cards:

Yes both are retail, my first assumption while glancing was that one could've been OEM. Nope, so what's the deal? Only difference I find is what they advertise, some specs are given on the other that they omit on the other. Can some one shed light to this? Maybe it's obvious and I'm just blind/tired/ignorant..
