What's the difference between these two versions of Windows Media Center 2005?

Should everything be on 1 CD?

(I saw a Windows Media Center 2005 package on eBay where the seller had a picture of 3 cds in some sort of plastic container).
 
the /w sp2 release came out pre-sp2 and so it needed sp2 seperate to isntall
the /w update came out after sp2 release so sp2 should be included as well along with an update cd
