What's the difference between these two PSU's?

Well, 10 dollars difference is not an issue. However, I want to get the NZXT Lexa case which has blue LED's inside. So I was thinking that the blue PSU would match my case better.

The one that is ATX 1.x spec is discontinued and has 7 less amps on the +12V rail which is where you need it for a current system. So if you must buy OCZ then the one with 33 Amps on the +12 rail is the one I'd take.

The other one would work best with older systems that run mainly from the +5V rail - no P4-12V connector on mobo, no SLI, no PCI Express slots, etc.

I'm a real fan of single-rail PSUs and they both look like no split rail for them.
