What's the difference between these two Intel CPUs?

There is no difference that I can see. I was expecting one to be OEM and the other more expensive one to be the retail packaging. But there is nothing indicating that anywhere that I can see. I dont know if I could trust a site that has such wide spreads in pricing between sellers, especially since its more than one seller for each model.
 
I tried to see the difference and I can't seem to find one. Like the user above mentionned, I also thought one was OEM while the other was with retail packaging. No information mentionning this.
 
Yeah this is a bit weird for sure looks exactly the same.... AS others have stated one might be OEM and the other retail but im not sure,.
