What's the difference between these two 5870's

If anything, based on the specs, the $195 is better than the $300 in like every way...?

And all the other 5870's are at around $300 it seems: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...n=5870&x=0&y=0

So what's the catch with the $195 one? Why si it cheaper than the rest?

The Gigabyte card is faster , cheaper , and has a dual fan design.

No catch, it is just less exspensive.

edit: Just caught this in a revew of the Gigabyte version. If this is true, I would still buy the gigabyte version, its 100$ cheaper.

"GigaByte OC edition IS NOT supported by the GigaByte OC Guru overclocking tool. The GigaByte UD edition is. This issue means that the voltages are not tweakable using MSI Afterburner or GigaByte OC Guru. You can change the clock speeds. Small thing and if someone really wanted to pursue it I don't see why it would not be possible to flash the BIOS to the GigaByte UD, this may or may not be possible. However if this concerns you, get the UD."
