Whats the difference between these 2 Corsair models?

Hello folks.

I am noob at this stuff, but I am unable to find the difference between the following 2 Corsair models.

They both cost the same.

Friends, I am looking to buy 1gb of RAM for my new PC. I intend on getting a A64 3200 (939, 90, Winchest) and OC it from 2.0ghz to maybe 2.2 or 2.3ghz. Can someone tell me which of the above 2 RAMs is better?, and why? and whats the difference?

While we are at it, do these RAM contain that TCCD stuff and Brainchild stuff I've been hearing about...

As you prolly have guessed, I am not very good at this stuff. I buy PC stuff every 2-3 years, so I am looking to build a rock-solid system.... thats why I am overclocking only a little (from 2ghz to 2.2 or 2.3 max)... besides, I am on a limited budget.
Any feedback would be EXTREMELY appreciated!!!!!

That's the difference.

Check the model #s - they are identical except for heat spreader color.

Even price is identical.
