i would guess the more expensive one has faster memory and a better heatsink for better overclocking.

yes the $64 one probably has 400Mhz ram and the $96 one probably has 550Mhz ram

either way the 128mb card looks to be the better buy for sure!

They both have the same HSF, and, as the 128MB model is a "4200-8x," it should have at least 512MHz RAM. The 64MB should have 550MHz RAM, and it appears the 4200-8x 128MB does, too. Maybe the 64MB is pricier b/w it has the full bundle? I'd just grab the 128MB one. Be warned that the OTES HSF is supposed to be loud.

I've never heard of a GF4Ti with 400MHz RAM. The slowest was the original 4200 128MB with 444MHz RAM (I'm guessing this is what you meant), but the 4200-8x (64 and 128MB) was specced for 512MHz RAM, AFAIK, and OTES cards appear to be at 275/550 (4400 speeds, IIRC).

yea, since im only gonna be using it for a few months, ill go with the 128MB one and save $30



are refurbished cards reliable?

well, they are both refurbs so they are the same card but the second one comes with more stuff it you bought it retail
