Whats the difference between the Wake on Lan Interfaces?

As far as I know there are three interfaces

Remote Wake Up High
Remote Wake Up Low
PME


WHats the difference and which is the most popular?

I found out the kt7a only supports rwu-low
and my linksys 10/100 card only supports rwu-high and pme

Got me interested.
