Mines a G901f. Its sort of half way between the 906 and the plain 900.

Its got the more powerful SOC of the G906 but the same screen and RAM of the G900.

Its a bit overpowered for the screen really but it costs the same as the G900.

I did think of importing a G906 but it doesnt support all the bands I need in the UK.

Isn't Qualcomm about the only company being used for LTE modems in major phones right now? I know Intel and nVidia are both trying to make their own but I don't think either one is there yet and I don't know of any real competitor at the moment. I think Qualcomm is even being investigated in both Europe and China because of this.

I guess Samsung does do their own apparently but I don't know that they use it in any of their major phones unless maybe the Exynos based ones? But if it has a Qualcomm SoC I'd say there's a very good chance it has a Qualcomm modem. Even if it doesn't there's still a good chance it has a Qualcomm modem. They've got over 94% of the market as of 2013.
