Whats the difference between the SLK-900a/u and the 947?

I know the diff between the A/U but is there really a difference between the 900U and the 947 U? I mean they both support 92mm fans and are compatible with p4 and amd set ups, but how does that differ from a 900U?

The 947 is a redesigned 900U for improved compatibility.
From Thermalright's website:

SLK-947U, with a new arch angle on its fins, cleverly created more clearance on ever crowded space for motherboard makers, while balanced total fins surface and thermal capacity without increasing heatsink mass. SLK-947U is also equipped with a redesigned base plate area to fully cover newer CPU IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader) as well as lower the center mass, thus effectively reducing the torque effect on motherboard PCB? when mounted on CPU, while create a better thermal transfer platform without sacrificing the excellent thermal capacity of SLK heritage.
