I saw the NF7 listed at 60 pounds and the NF7-S at 80 pounds in www.overclockers.co.uk but it doesnt list any of the differences between them, in fact it says they have exactly the same features. The NF7 must obviously be a cut down version, but what are the differences exactly? On google every time I type NF7 I get rebiews for the NF7-S.

EDIT - Heres the link

They are the same boards the only difference is that NF7-S has SATA-150 raid, Sandstorm sound and firewire the NF7 don't

Oh right, they say the NF7 comes with soundstorm on that site, mustve got it wrong or couldnt be arsed to write a different description for the NF7 and kept the NF7-S one. :)

They must have it wrong on that site. The differnences lie in the southbridge which is different on the NF7-S, this does include the soundstorm sound along with the sata raid, and firewire as someone already stated.

So if you already have a decent sound card(my $25 Audigy gamer has firewire) and no need for sata raid the nf7 is fine.
