What's the difference between the IPAQ 3650 and ipaq 3630?

No difference...3650 is retail (Office Depot, Best Buy, Circuit City etc.), 3630 is OEM (Buy.com, CircuitCity.com, etc.)

NFS4, I finally got my ipaq today! Blows away my jornada 548! Except the jornada has the CF slot built in. I ordered the CF cradle for 40 bux. So far I love the ipaq. SOOOOOOO much faster the HP.

Ive noticed that mp3s play twice as loud on the ipaq than the jornada, even with headphones. Hey NFS4, maybe we should convince Anand to create another topic list for Pocket PCs and such.
