What's the difference between the Intel Core Duo T2300 and the L2400?

I'm asking this because I intend on getting the Mac Mini w/ Core Duo and have plans on upgrading the processor myself to the 2.0GHz Core Duo. In terms of thermal and voltage factors, would I have any problem switching one CPU out for another?

*I just want an answer. Don't recommend me anything unrelated (PC) to my question.*

L is Low voltage version. 15w instead of 31w of T.
Link check out the chart.

I do not think you can simply switch T to L due to the voltage difference
