What's the difference between the following GX2s?

I can't seem to find many differneces between each. Is there any chance anyone could help me out and explain which is better and why? I don't really mind spending a bit more, but logically only if it's a better card :)

Now that you have a good PSU, go with eVGA. That way, you can trade in the card for a G80 in the next 90 days if you want....

EVGA has already stated that there will be no stepping up to the G80 due to limited availability.
