What's the difference between tactics and strategy?

Strategy is where you wanna go; Tactics is how you're gonna get there.

Tactics= how you gonna do it...


Strategy example:

I want to get a beer!

Tactics example:

I am going to go to a bar and order a beer!

tactics is the details.


generals concoct strategies, Sargents concoct tactics.

Military-strategy = Large scale planning. Think divisions and armies
Military-tactics = Small-unit planning. Man to man, platoons and such.

only if i were referring to the Christian "god". no other culture uses the generic term "god" as a proper noun.

you don't qualify as a proper noun "god" but as a generic "god". 🙂
