What's the difference between SP1 Express (Windows Update) & The full 130MB SP1a off of Microsoft?

The Express version checks which files need to be updated, and then simply grabs those from the Internet. Therefore, you need to have an active connection while you do the installation, unlike the full Service Pack, which contains everything.
