What's the difference between Pentium D 915 and Pentium D 920?

Sandra math/media cpu bench puts my 805d at 3.7ghz on par with an x2 at 2.2ghz. Yes I realize this is a synthetic bench and doesnt show real performance in apps. Still I was pleased to see that the D can keep up.

all of the pentium D 9x5 series consumes tiny bit less power than the 9x0 series.
and the 9x5 has no VT support.
