What's the difference between Omega and regular ATI drivers?

Like the title says: What's the difference?

usually the omegas are a little more tweaked, and you usually get a bit more performance. they use the drivers from ati and nvidia, just tweak 'em.

Is it worth going after, or is it the kind of thing that you would only notice in 3dMark?

personally, i like them but you would probably only really notice them in a benchmark.

I don't notice that much in performance, but the Omega drivers come with the ATI Tray Tools which is much nicer than the huge, bloated ATI Catalyst Control Center. Of course you could install ATI Tray with the regular drivers too...
