What's the difference between memory

What is the difference between these two memory:

Retail/Compaq - http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-145-136&depa=1

The second one says it is for Compaq computers, but is it really needed?

I have a Compaq desktop, 1.4 Celeron, 128 MB memory, integrated graphics.



I'm also thinking about adding this video card. See any problems?

they should both work fine, the latter is prolly just tested on those systems. the way i see it, PC133 is PC133
