What's the difference between kt333(ce) and kt333(vt8367)?

Trying to choose a new motherboard and want to go KT333, but don't know what the difference is between these two variants. Thanks if anybody knows.

Don't quote me but the CE is supposedly the newer version of the Southbridge? Which is also better.
