What's the difference between Express Saver and Express Saver Pak?

Apparently the latter is able to go from Memphis TN to Santa Ana CA in 4 hours, which is an 1800 mile drive. The former is still stuck in GA. Both packages were ordered at the same time from the same place with the same shipping. It must be riding the short bus or something.
