What's the difference between CO and KO?

They dont have different clocks....They are both 500mhz bud. Prices well...he wasnt refering to prices. :p

Prices vary. Monarch and newegg have CO's and KO's for similar prices. Newegg has free hitman and monarch has free HL2: EP1. Also some people get charged tax at newegg, so that makes a big difference. Monarch is the cheapest place for me.

Could be wrong, But I heard the CO has copper sink while the KO has alum. May both have copper though. Not sure.

Both are copper, one covers ram, one doesn't.

It really doesn't matter though cause anyone who wan't to overclock will ditch the stock HS anyway.
