Heh, I forgot that Alpha adds a "U" to indicate the included Sanyo Denki fan...

from Alpha's site:

FC-PAL35C = no fan, no screws, and no intake cover
FC-PAL35T = no fan
FC-PAL35U = the works

FC-PAL35 = heatsink series for FC-PGA processors.
