What's the difference between ADSL & DSL?

I noticed in Computing Central page for bandwidth, both were mentioned as if they were different item.

Actually nothing, ADSL just mean asymmetric digital subscriber line, what it mean is that the DSL has different download and upload speed. Like the one I'm using 768kdown/128kup

idsl has about the same speed as isdn
radsl has the "modem" test the line and pick the best speed
