Whats the difference between a Geforce2 GTS and a Geforce2 PRO ?

Obviously, the Geforce2 ULTRA is the superior card of the three..but whats the difference between the two cards mentioned in the topic?
I'm looking into either Geforce2 GTS 64mb w/ TV-out or a Geforce2 PRO 64mb w/ TV-out, and since they both run at about the same price, which is the better one to get??

Pro card uses faster memory - GTS uses 6ns memory clocked at 333mhz while a Pro uses 5ns memory clocked at 400mhz.
