Whats the difference between a Audigy2 and a Audigy2ZS?

ZS is 7.1 and has built in DTS decoder. Better SNR and if I'm not vastly mistaken it has EAX 4.0 while the value has only EAX 3.0?
 
I'm curious why you are asking? if it is for purchase get a ZS as the rebates these days make it a VERY affordable card. I picked up a Audigy 2 ZS gamer for $50 AR and the regular ZS was going for less than that (The gamer just comes with 5 or so games, no hardware difference).

Hardware wise is there a difference between the Audigy2 Value and the Audigy2 ZS? Im about to buy a value one for $35
