Hello ! I'm fixing to buy an OEM version of Windows 2000 Pro

I've found the two shown below.

1.What does the "DSP" mean ?

2.and then why does the first set have 2 -CD's while the second deal only has one ?
is the 2 CD set better.? What's the difference ?

3.I've downloaded the SP2 patch, so guess it doesn't matter if the Version isn't SP1, correct?

Windows 2000 Professional (DSP) Full Version with 2 CDs - $148- This is the Full Version, This item differs from the Retail box, by not coming with any phone support

Windows 2000 Professional SR1 (DSP-OEM) Full Version CD -$138- This is the Full Version as well as an Upgrade. This item differs from the Retail box, by not coming with any phone support

Hey ! Thanks for your help !
